- Jung Woo-sung (Fly Dragon) is returning to dramaland in a new romance called Tell Me You Love Me (working title), opposite Shin Hyun-bin (Monstrous). Based on the similarly titled Japanese drama that made waves back in 1995, the Korean remake will be written by Kim Min-jung (Moonlight Drawn By Clouds) with PD Kim Yoon-jin (Our Beloved Summer) at the helm. - Netflix recently held their Tudum fan event, showcasing their upcoming lineup for 2022 along with some sneak clips. Although we didn’t get a date yet, Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area will soon be returning to our screens with part two, and a nefarious Kim Sung-oh takes the center stage in the newly released video clip. - A season two was announced for Netflix’s Hellbound as well, with acclaimed director Yeon Sang-ho taking the reins once again, together with writer Choi Kyu-seok. The creepy new trailer doesn’t tell us much, but we’re left with the shocking reveal that Kim Shin-rok (One Ordinary Day) from season one is a corpse no more. [News1]

- SBS confirmed their main cast for Escape of the Seven, the latest project by the makjang dream team who created An Empress’s Dignity and Penthouse: PD Joo Dong-min and writer Kim Soon-ok. Aiming to broadcast in 2023, the ensemble cast has a mix of new and familiar faces, including: Eom Ki-joon (Little Women), Hwang Jung-eum (Men Are Men), Lee Joon (Red Heart), Lee Yubi (Yumi’s Cells 2), Shin Eun-kyung (Penthouse 3), Yoon Jong-hoon (Shooting Stars), Jo Yoon-hee (Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life), Jo Jae-yoon (Alchemy of Souls), and Lee Deok-hwa (One Dollar Lawyer). - In more casting news, Today’s Webtoon recently wrapped for Kim Se-jung and she’s currently in talks for OCN’s Uncanny Counter 2 as her next project. If the stars align, we’ll have Kim back on our screens soon – reprising her role from the first season as the gruff and tough Do Hana. [Hankook Ilbo]
- The first poster has been unveiled for tvN’s remake of the French comedy-drama Call My Agent, which stars Lee Seo-jin (Dr. Park’s Clinic), Kwak Sun-young (Inspector Koo), Seo Hyun-woo (Extracurricular), and Joo Hyun-young (Extraordinary Attorney Woo). Premiering this November, production is being led by PD Baek Seung-ryong with scripts co-written by Park So-young and Lee Chan. [News1]
- More character stills have dropped for KBS’s Curtain Call, this time featuring our story’s chaebol Kwon Sang-woo (Critical X) and Granny Go Du-shim’s (Our Blues) most trusted aide Sung Dong-il (If You Wish Upon Me).
