I was late to join on this one but it was an enjoyable watch!! Like others have said, bar the questionable writing choices at some point especially to do with a few of the half-baked and unnecessary sub plot-lines, this was actually a cute and refreshing drama.
I think the slight ‘bitterness’ I felt due to those writing choices really just stems from the fact that this set the bar high initially and had a lot of good potential – it really shone when it focused on doing what it did best, and that, for better or worse, made the the odd tangents just stand out even more.
Usually when I watch dramas, I very rarely get that involved into whatever the secondary characters plot line is, but this was one of the rare instances where I was at times more invested in the secondary characters – the school kids – than the main characters. Hats off to the entire cast though too, I think they’re what really contributed to the successful formula of this show.
