Junho and Yoon-ah cross paths at luxury hotel King the Land

Junho, Yoon-ah

After he stole our hearts in The Red Sleeve Cuff, Junho is back to make us all swoon again. JTBC’s upcoming romantic comedy King the Land has just released its cast lineup, and it’s looking good so far.

Junho stars as chaebol son Gu Won, whose family owns the King Group conglomerate. With a sharp mind and a chic aura, charismatic Won sure has it all — except for one thing. He doesn’t have any memories of his mother, who suddenly disappeared from his life.

Yoon-ah (Big Mouth) plays the ever-optimistic hotelier Chun Sa-rang, who surpassed her humble beginnings as a receptionist to join the VVIP business lounge called King the Land. Full of smiles, Sa-rang is the complete opposite of Won, who absolutely cannot tolerate superficial smiles — looks like they’ll be clashing quite a bit!

Rounding out the supporting cast, we have Go Won-hee (O’PENing — Underworld Rider) as Sa-rang’s best friend and King Air stewardess Oh Pyung-hwa; Kim Ga-eun (Kiss Sixth Sense) as King Group’s sales queen Kang Da-eul; Ahn Se-ha (Idol: The Coup) as Won’s secretary Noh Sang-shik; and Kim Jae-won (To My Star 2) as King Air employee Lee Ro-woon.

Directed by Im Hyun-wook (Reflection of You) with Choi Rom as the scriptwriter and Chun Sung-il (All of Us are Dead) as the creator, King the Land will premiere in the first half of 2023.
