WOULD YOU RATHER #2: RESULTS
Last week, the options were to either die of embarrassment or risk expiring for realz at the hands — er, tires — of the proverbial Truck of Doom. For most, this was (once again) a no-brainer. An overwhelming 70% of responders chose to show off their dance moves (and their underwear) to their crush, and I’m absolutely loving all the confidence displayed by our Beanies! Especially @eazal, who trusts that her sense of humor is strong enough turn an awkward situation into a dance party. Considering my dance moves look borrowed from one of those wacky-wavy arm guys, I kind of wonder if I’m better off staring down the Truck of Doom…
I’m not the only one to ponder the survivability of an encounter with a Truck of Doom, upon second thought. 30% of you, like @linarrick, would weigh your chances with the Truck of Doom if it meant saving yourself from a lifetime of looking back and cringing about that time your crush saw you in your undies. Embarrassment aside, though, if we’re talking about a K-drama Truck of Doom, as @hacja pointed out, then there might actually be a sexy grim reaper or alien from another planet to save you — and, more importantly, fall in love with you — after you survive the near death experience. That sounds nice. Like, really, really nice, but if we’re talking about real-world options here, then I like @kurama’s proverb: Ridicule does not kill but Truck of Doom does.
Either way, the one thing I think we can agree on is that I need to make these polls harder. (Challenge accepted.
